SESAME SEEDS
In a mixer, add 300g of boiled chickpea (boil without adding salt) with 1 tbsp of water and grind into a very fine paste. Then, add 270ml of oil (olive oil / refined oil) gradually and blend for 4-5 minutes until a fluffy smooth texture arrives. Finally add 1 tbsp (15g) of Kalras's Hummus Spice Mix and blend for a minute. Serve as a dip.
