Allergy Advice

Mix 25g of Kalra's Shawarma Masala with 2 tbsps yoghurt & 1 tbsp lemon juice; Apply over 500g of Chicken Breast / Meat and keep marinating for atleast 3 hours in refrigeratio. Grill the chicken in a pre-heated oven at 200° C or in the tandoor, barbecue or tawa for 10-15 minutes with occasional turning. Shred the grilled chicken and wrap with pita bread, mayonnaise and pickled vegetables. Enjoy the yummiest shawarma roll.
