Marinate 500g of Mutton (with bone) with salt and 3 tbsps (45ml) of yoghurt and keep aside for 30 minutes Heat 3 tbsps oil in a pressure pan; Add 5 nos cloves, cinnamon 1" stick, 2 pods cardamom and allow to splutter. Add 250g finely ground onion and sauté until golden brown. Add 2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the marinated meat and sauté for 10 minutes. Add 25g Kalra's Rogan Josh Masala, mix well and sauté for 5 minutes. Add 500ml (2 cups) water and adjust salt. Cook up to 8 whistles at medium flame or cook until meat is fully done. Switch off the flame and allow settling. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
